I think it depends a bit on the property. Maybe 2 bed flats in the south side that are still reasonably priced will go way over. However, as soon as you hit 4-5 bed family homes in Jordanhill, for example, the tune changes. I’ve seen more than one list 1 Jordanhill school catchment area home reduced in price in the last months. People, especially families with school children, can no longer afford £400-500k houses at 5% mortgage rates.
