Which can happen, markets are volatile, but the facts are that they are systematically wrong in certain areas every ... single ... time.
And the Scottish system of trying to have some magic "intrinisic value" calculated is very unusual, in every other country at least I have encountered or looked into, houses are sold and mortgages are provided based on the houses market value. |
