Comment | Last year I listened to a radio Scotland show that talked about the benefits of sun. They said the sun rays in the first hour were as beneficial as 2-3 hours at mid day.
It made me get out at 7.30am and walk till 8.45. I am lucky I start at 8.45 each day so I focus on it in the winter.
I also sit outside on my lunch break with a tea and sandwich each day from October till march before the clocks change..
It's nothing huge but the mornings sun , especially in the winter, makes me feel better. I am already doing it for the 2ns year and it's something to look forward to. |
