| Comment | I was just thinking about this. I had Covid exactly 1 month ago for a week. Today, I’ve become unwell again with a runny, a blocked nose, constant sneezing and a sore head. Could not stop sneezing at work and had the worst brain fog.
I probably need more vitamin D and sleep, and less stress which is easier said than done. I was considering booking a flu jab soon, but honestly a bit fed up with the constant injections. |
