lol @ the idea that the very obviously wrong estimate from the surveyors. the estimate that everyone involved is fully aware is wrong and is repeatedly shown to be wrong is the actual real market value as opposed to the value that was literally provided by the market.
Maybe the whole issue being unique to Scotland is that for some reason we just produce spectacularly incompetent surveyors.
