I spoke to a guy at BT on the phone who said that the address should be able to get fibre but they aren't taking new orders for it because of volume. Says that if I order copper broadband then they might be able to change the order to fibre 72 hours before installation.
Might be bullshit, but can cancel in 14 days from the installation date if it doesn't go through. |
