Iran created Hamas (and Hezbollah), at least their modern version, with help from Egypt/Muslim Brotherhood. Hamas initially wanted to be a political entity, filling the void left by Aarafat, but progressed to being very militant with Jihad as their ultimate aim. Their policy towards Israel mirrors that of Iran.

Iran funds and arms Hamas and Qatar funds Hamas also, as do other Middle Eastern states and individuals, but to a lesser extent - Hamas isnt funded by Palestinians. To use ur dumb analogy from earlier, the IRA wasnt propped up by the Irish only, their arms mostly came from Libya and funding mostly from the USA.

Hamas acts in the interests of Iran and acts when Iran tells them to.

Less than 80% of the current Palestinian population voted when there was last a 'vote' in Gaza

Hamas' recent attacks coincided with the Saudi 'normalisation' talks with Israel, which was really bad news for Iran if the talks were successful - and as a direct result of the attacks, Saudi Arabia has withdrawn form the talks - this was the aim of the recent Hamas attack, and it worked - this recent attack was for the interests of Iran, not Palestine/Gaza - as is so clearly evidenced by what is now happening in Gaza

You've managed to take a very complicated issue and apply a 5 years olds reasoning to it so that you can try and understand it for yourself.

If you dont understand the distinction between ordinary Palestinians and Hamas, then you are either extremely biased or of limited IQ.

Go annoy someone else now please.
