Any opinion I can give will be anecdotal, but I've had some bad experiences. Wrong diagnosis/treatment, misdiagnosis, downright *ignoring my concerns* and telling me something I had a strong inclination was a problem was actually totally fine when, once seen by The Vet Centre, was correctly diagnosed.. that was the last straw that made me move, I realised that they don't actually seem geared towards animal care, the owner is not a vet and as such it is run as a business that is geared towards profit - thus, poorly paid overworked staff, crammed schedules with insufficient time for proper diagnosis, overtreatment because that results in higher costs for customers etc etc etc. Just, all in all, a fucking shit place that shouldn't be frequented by anyone who actually cares about their animals.
