I did roll my eye about that. It's a shame because the rest of it is really good I think – a decent mixture of "must do" stuff and genuinely good tips for food etc that wasn't just a run down of stuff i've already heard of.
It has been 12 years since I left Glasgow (and Scotland) now and as the years go on and I live in different places I appreciate more and more the diversity of things to do and eat that we have. Usually anywhere like that ends up overrun with tourists and loses its authenticity. |
