I once had that terrible agency I was renting from. Their right to make viewing during my notice period was written in our tennancy agreement (I don't know if it was legal or not).

I said OK. We had that big corkboard right in front of your face as you entered the flat. I printed some month old e-mails regarding the ongoing boiler problem and wrote on it with bold marker pen "HONEY, CALL THE AGENCY AGAIN, IT HAS BEEN THREE MONTHS SINCE THEY PROMISED TO FIX OUR BOILER AND THEY ARE STILL MAKING EXCUSES" and stuck it to the board.

I loved the face of the agent when she allowed the potential tenants first and entered the flat only after them.

All the subsequent viewings were cancelled ;-)
