Kind of tragic people think this is cheap for a single line, meanwhile in Austria you can pay 1k euros for an annual pass that grants you unlimited access to every piece of public transport in the country for any distance, including the mountain gondolas.

Similarly in Germany you can get a monthly pass for 49 euros that lets you do mostly the same except it doesn't work on high speed trains.

We're properly ripped off on public transport in the UK
