You could try a supermarket with better selection of foods. Waitrose is possibly a good place to look. Failing that, a cheesemonger might have (or be able to source) the cheese. I don't know where in Glasgow you are, but the west end has a couple of cheesemongers (George Mews on Byres road is the first that springs to mind) |
