As someone who is in town everyday, and not nearly being killed by one everyday, I’d have to say there is a bit of hyperbole from the OP.
But something should be done about it.
The only real way to do something would be to pass the onus on to the delivery companies that the riders would have to have their bikes checked every month, for example, by a bike shop that insists that their bikes are legal and safe bikes.
That’s never going to happen though. |
