| Comment | Yeah true, I’m not trying to be a dick but it’s the same system. Most public sector forced redundancies don’t happen because frankly we can’t afford to do them. Avoid the massive payout and keep them in employment until the next party has to deal with them…. or not as it is.
In this instance the operation of the college might have been so poor that they’ve had to get their finances in order one way or another. Who knows, you’ll probably never find out. |
