If you owe them you owe them. Front up and get it sorted. That way you don't have to worry about it, and won't get a big bill later.
We've been with RPB for nearly 10 years. Tenement with 6 flats. Like most factors they need chased sometimes, but no real issues. Handled a recent renovation of the building pretty well.
