I agree. The bill reflects training/expertise/running costs etc. Not an excuse for profiteering or price fixing (alluded to earlier ).
Recently paid a heating engineer £100 to fix a problem I created. His expertise solved it in minutes and turned out it was a loose wire. A lot of money if you look at it to tighten a screw. Bargain if you look at it that his expertise diagnosed and fixed a problem and didn't cost me thousands.
