Comment	That might go some way to explaining the low cost (breed is also a factor). Ours are older (10 & 11 years), and we're paying about 10 times that with PetPlan per dog. That said it's greater cover and PetPlan have never once quibbled on a bill. Not even when the younger one chewed through about £15k in surgeries!
