| Comment | I mean being nervous for them is understandable, I get nervous doing it with my kids and generally avoid traffic as much as possible. However as said statistically it is relatively safe especially with a parent who is alert and aware.
Your comment came across as actively discouraging people from making that decision which is in the long run a more harmful choice for the kids, also the general misconception that cycling is extremely dangerous (often from cycling advocates) is ironically discouraging cycling and therefore making it more dangerous. |
