Personally, I wouldn't allow him to enter the home again and I certainly wouldn't have any conversations about rent face-to-face.
I also wouldn't put it past this joker to try to evict you over this. Bearing in mind that he's already trodden on your rights with the no notice inspection then the mind games over the rent, he's probably not going to be following the law on evictions either. |
