Glasgow has some fantastic Indian restaurants going about. Can't really go wrong with Ranjit's Kitchen or Mother India.

Paradise is an excellent Persian restaurant out in the West End that I'll always recommend. Their Ghormeh Sabzi is outstanding.

If you're wanting some more traditional Scottish fare, Ardamurchan in the city centre is great. The selection of Scottish restaurants is probably stronger in other cities in Scotland, but it doesn't mean the ones here aren't great though.

If you're dead set on getting some Sushi, I've never gotten something out of Okome I didn't like. Nippon Kitchen is a great shout from your man above as well.
