Comment	>along with every other car owner. I didnt think it would need to take 3 comments to have to explain this. Not all car owners pay vehicle emissions tax ... because not all vehicles produce emissions ... which is also why bikes to not pay emissions tax ... because it is not a road tax

Not all car owners pay vehicle emissions tax ... because not all vehicles produce emissions ... which is also why bikes to not pay emissions tax ... because it is not a road tax
