| Comment | My teeth aren't the best looking, but I've always shied away from whitening as I understand it is often done by abrading the enamel away (that's what the pastes do), and I don't have a lot to begin with (thanks genetics, you bastard).
That said, I would recommend Shawlands Dental Care. I am a patient there and they've been really good at making my mouth look less horrific.
There are options other than grinding pastes, but I have not pursued them. They are an actual dental surgery, so they do know what they are doing. |
