Yeah was going to get bank statements/proof of rent payment - think the credit checks being completed may help my insurance. Avoiding agents since they appear to be a total con especially when all the 'one off' aspects are done. 300 quid to get a tenant then 10% of rent a month to call you when any work needs done... Very good
