Comment | Honestly mate, it’s all about calories in vs calories out. You can still have the things you enjoy just don’t rip the arse out of it. Get a 6 inch instead of a foot long, maybe skip the cheese, load up on the salad and get a lower calorie dressing. The good thing about subway is that you can see all the nutritional info and calories on their website (if you’re keeping track). Small changes make a big difference when you’re first starting out.
