| Comment | Poles, Romanians so the main nationalities who want to do manual labour and construction. I am a Pole and was involved in a construction company who employed Eastern Europeans. After Germany opened their market for Poles, less and less people wanted to come here. We couldn't find many. There were Romanians more happy to come but that also progressively stopped. Why would they choose the UK over Germany where they can make more money and drive to Poland for the weekend? |
