| Comment | If they're not allowed to smoke in their flats, they maybe smoke out their windows during warmer months, or just keep their windows open wide so the smoke and it's smell can go out. I'm guessing they don't want to let the cold in now that it's cold. But I'd guess if it's a tenement close it'd be pretty cold by the back door anyway. Could ask them to at least open the door a bit and direct their smoke outside. But to be honest I think it's a fucking joke people can't smoke in their own flat, rented or not. |
