Best rated conventional bank is Nationwide, Metrobank is a great 'new' bank if you have a branch nearby. First Direct is great over the phone with banking done through the post office. Monzo & Starling are great if you like having your money nicked by tech bros (seriously, idk how they rate this highly on customer service as I've heard nothing but bad things, about Monzo in particular).
Personally I'm with Nationwide & rate them over the Lloyds/TSB & Barclays accounts I had previously. |
