Wasn’t actually aware of that, I’d argue the banking industry as a whole are ethically grey. Their ‘morales’ are led by shareholder engagement.

From an ethical standpoint I’d say the only large option is, again, Nationwide, which is a building society, not technically a bank. There are several smaller, generally geographically limited building societies throughout the UK.

Nationwides business decisions for the most part are led by a customer driven vote every year.
