Ah, fair crack, I did the same with Nationwide a few years ago, took out my first mortgage with them, had a good experience & moved my current account & consolidated some loans with them, have overall had a good experience.
Still have a credit card with Santander (0% balance transfer) & Aqua/New Day (0.5% cashback). Rate Aqua quite highly, Santander are a pain.
