I say don't worry too much, you'll be able to make plenty of friends on your course. Try to join some student societies or Facebook / meetup dot com groups related to your interests. Glasgow's a big city and you'll find plenty of people that like rock climbing and outdoors stuff.
You definitely don't have to like going out, but a lot of students will and it can be a way to make friends. But stand your ground if you get peer-pressured too much. Also if you like music at all there are always gigs happening. |
