Thanks for taking the time to post that - I suppose you are right that you just need to get as best a sense of the person as you can but after that it's just your luck. I'll probably make a point that a standing order needs to be set up and late payment as a matter of course isn't OK. I'll also make a point of asking for confirmation making sure the utilities are set up in their name so if they decide they don't want to pay its not going to end up hitting me. |
