He did hurt people. How many staff in that Lidl got sent home that day. Losing x number of hours. How many people did he threaten just by proximity of him having a sharp edged object. Were any kids in the shop or people with any kind of social anxiety. If so then how would they react?
And yes it is very much the same. You go on auto pilot you act irrationally when you emotionally snap . If that guy was in the same state and stabbed a guy I lidl Instead of himself would he still be pitied? Or would we all be appalled and demanding a jail sentence. |
