| Comment | everyone's benefit except; the disabled, extremely early and late night workers, retail, nightlife, anyone who owns a car, massive % of taxi drivers - does help some people who bike, so i guess net win?
council just have the notion of lets get rid of cars. and bring in ULEZ/Bike lanes that's their extent of lets be more like other European cities
it needs to go much further, ALOT better busses, trains, subways and other networking needs to be done but we all know that would take some kind of competent plan which the council are pretty well known not to have under any leadership. much easier just saying cars bad bikes good |
