| Comment | They are legitimate. Their business model is providing call centre staff to other companies, so you'll quite often be at a different office. I used to work for esure and about half our call centre staff were Kura. They got worse pay and benefits than us, but as you say, better than nothing and it's not a scam.
It's also sometimes possible to leverage your experience for a job directly with the client company. Kura lost a lot of staff to better opportunities with esure, so much that Kura asked esure not to publish internal job postings in places where Kura staff would see them. |
