Sorting the problem at source would be the only way to make an actual difference. HGV drivers are on tachographs and have speed limiters, to prevent a situation where the most dangerous drivers win economically. I'm not sure what equivalent measures would stop delivery bikes racing around pedestrian areas in a dangerous fashion. |
