| Comment | He seems to cycle around glasgow quite a lot. Wish I knew who he was. From memory I think he has a black Specialized road bike, spotted it during one of his altercations with a woman who was walking her dog in a park. The dog was off the lead and ran in front of him as he passed. Now he could see the dog and that it could be a possible danger to him but he just ploughed on and then started a scene when the inevitable happened. I mean I know dogs are meant to be on a lead at all times but really, it was a quiet park on the outskirts of the city. 99.99% of cyclists will be careful around dogs, as I am, but not him! |
