Comment | Why not both? I always eat healthy home cooked meals, I just ate too much. Love cooking. I'm under 2000cals a day and counting calories. Lifting and cycling makes me feel good. Also I can train on a gym bike and not wear out my bicycle. I prefer that and save the bike for relaxing trips around Glasgow.
I've already did it once. Used to be 120kg and dropped to 95 in just 6 months. Felt amazing. Some people say it was too fast, it didn't feel like it to me. It just felt easy and fun. |
