Citizens Advice is stretched to absolute breaking point dealing with people who need to work through a benefits system that is designed to kill them, people who can't feed themselves, people who are being made homeless through no fault of their own, etc, etc. Think those issues take precedence and are much more valid They should be able to help deal with issues like noisy neighbours, but those aren't the times we're living through unfortunately. Believe me, I've lived next door to ridiculously noisy pricks in my life, but there's very little you can do. OP should phone them up and ask anyway, you're right, but even if Citezens Advice try to help (I'm sure they will, they're good people in a shite system), it's hardly the most important thing they'll be dealing with - far from it. |
