| Comment | As I mentioned when cyclists take off in front of cars they often get impatient and try dangerous overtake manoeuvres which can cause accidents involving anyone near, including pedestrians.
Indirectly studies have been pretty conclusive that when active travel is encouraged by making it safer, the change in demographics of road users make it safer for everyone, ie it's better to get hit by an idiot on a bike than one in a car |
