Its a bit shit about your skateboarding neighbour (assuming its done with now)...why do people (HA's and councils) think its ok to put folk with issues in amongst ~~normal~~ ordinary people? I had a neighbour with MH issues and he played football in his flat, threw furniture around off the walls, and came flying out his door one time holding a knife when I was coming up the close stairs. Gave me the fright of my life that time, but when he saw it was me, he was ok (I was the only one, apparently, to treat him with respect...truth was I was too scared to complain about him so was extra nice, heh) |
