literally yesterday, my sister in law who manages a store up the top of town said literally the same thing - that young mostly girls (seemingly eastern European - her words not mine) have for a couple of weeks been going mental in their store. everyday arguments/fights/disruption ....
She says they are making a diversion/distraction so that others can steal
