The only restrictions in Cartside Road are the school hours restrictions.
You can also get a parking permit, but I think that just means you are allowed access during those times, and you don't have to pay for parking in the area (there's a meter at the top of Sinclair drive IIRC, not sure if you *have* to pay down that end)
