I agree. Especially about the people who don't want to make a fuss (mostly the elderly, who *need* the extra support and care) They are quite stoic and say things like "Oh, the NHS are busy enough, I don't want to bother them..." while sitting there with an ulcer on their leg which isn't healing up.
