My surgery is the same...*and* they have a message on their answering machine (before you press an option for a service) that they and their staff will not tolerate any abuse from patients, and "any such occurrence will result in your removal from our listings"
Damn cheek, honestly...if they ran a proper service, perhaps folk wouldn't get pissed off!
