Cooking your own food is one of the major themes of real Korean restaurants. Not sure about this one, but it's the basic theme of Korean barbeque, shabu shabu etc.

Silla serves the widest range of genuine dishes, but some are never available, e.g. jokbal. Kimchi Cult is more of a casual fusion place.
