Indeed - lots of cities globally have created better infrastructure for multi modal transport, Finland has some great examples and they’re pretty icy at times. Copenhagen another examples but we could find countless more. Glasgow isn’t special or have some major drawback to cycle travel - it’s just a cultural or perspective change that’s needed.
