Cycle however you want; use your judgement and dont be a cunt to cars or pedestrians (or other cyclists). If its not a motorway or an enclosed car tunnel then you can always just vehicular cycle and follow the car rules. This includes roundabouts although you do need to have steel balls to do those when its busy. A-roads and dual carriageways are *not* motorways. Idk what this guy was smoking honestly but good on you for looking into it. |
