| Comment | Hermes had such a bad reputation they had to rebrand as Evri, but they didn't really change anything. I don't have problems with other couriers, but I haven't had a single Evri delivery that didn't go wrong in some way.
From smashed dinner plates to a box being left on a car windshield (?) two streets away, to multiple instances of not being able to find my address (despite not calling me to check and my house being exactly where Google Maps says it is).
And, as you've discovered, their website is ultra barebones and their customer support is almost nonexistent.
It's got to the point now that I don't buy stuff if I see it's delivered by Evri. It's not worth the stress. |
