I kinda guessed that you might be a driver who objects to cyclists on the road. Unfortunately for you bike lanes and suggested routes are not mandatory. The road in question is not a motorway although ultimately it does lead to one depending on the route taken.
Cyclists, pedestrians and all other forms of non-motorised transportation are not permitted to use a motorway designated with Motorway Regulations signage. They are also not permitted to use A roads that directly lead to a motorway such as A813(M) which is just a made up example.
None of the above signage is present at the location in question. |
