| Comment | you won't get through to evri via phone. they make it as difficult as possible. half the options they give on the phone don't go anywhere and disconnect. the best tip i can give is use their online portal and claim that the item has been stolen and explain to them the item received was not the item sent. last time i had one of my packages that was being delivered stolen by one of their drivers, it took 1 month for them to even get back to me and all they said was "we're sorry this happened" |
